YOUR TRAINING PATHWAY
The key to our apprenticeship programme is its combination of on-the-job training and classroom learning. We blend the two, so you earn a decent wage even as you study towards important qualifications that set you up for life.
You’ll spend the bulk of your week at Wainwright, getting hands-on experience in your chosen role. You’ll also gain a wider perspective on our business and our industry – giving you the know-how to progress your career.
Once a week in term time, you’ll spend a day with one of our training partners, where you’ll learn from expert lecturers. This is your chance to deepen your technical understanding of your chosen field and work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
