There are few achievements more deserving of recognition than long service, and we were proud to celebrate some truly remarkable milestones at our annual Long Service Awards.

Joined by colleagues from across the business, we recognised employees celebrating 5 years of service right through to an incredible 40 years with John Wainwright & Co. Ltd. Every milestone reflects years of hard work, commitment, loyalty and teamwork, and it was a privilege to take the time to thank those who have helped shape our business over the years.

Our CEO, Tom Longland, delivered a speech, sharing personal stories and reflections on each recipient’s journey, highlighting the impact they have made within their teams and across the wider business. Each colleague was presented with a Long Service Certificate and a gift voucher as a token of our sincere appreciation for their dedication and valued contribution.

Following the presentations, everyone came together to enjoy a delicious lasagne and salad lunch, giving colleagues the opportunity to celebrate these fantastic achievements, reflect on shared memories and enjoy catching up with one another.

Wainwright has been built by people who have chosen to stay, who care about what they do and who have made a lasting difference over many years. Recognising that commitment is important to us because it reflects the values, relationships and dedication that have shaped our business and continue to drive it forward. Celebrating long service is our way of saying thank you to those who have helped make Wainwright what it is today.
