It’s arrived!

Wainwright Contracting are delighted to have taken delivery of a state-of-the-art Wirtgen planer to help deliver an even better service to their customers.

In 2019 the Contracting Department purchased their own Planer to make sure they could fulfil, and assist the local authorities and the TMC schemes.

After 5 years, and great success, they have renewed and updated the Planer to the Wirtgen 120 Fi compact milling machine.

Thanks to mill assist and performance-tracking technology, the planer is able to track data on every job, from fuel consumption and carbon output, to scheme-by- scheme data.

The planer also uses Wirtgen’s VCS (Vacuum Cutting System) to reduce dust.

The result? A healthier, safer working environment for  people on site and the public in the area.
