Planning permission application: Stoke Quarry extension

Safeguarding our operations until 2057

Extending our quarry will ensure we have continued access to the distinctive stone on which our success is built. That protects local jobs and helps us continue contributing to a vibrant local economy.

Our plans

The extension will be phased over several years, enabling us to access the mineral reserves to the west of our current extraction area.

Extending our quarry won’t result in any more stone being extracted and processed each year. It’s just to ensure we can continue operating at our current level of output for the years ahead.
